Half the role ships LLM features for clients — retrieval systems, agents, evaluation harnesses. The other half builds Inventurs’ own AI: the vetting pipeline, delivery intelligence and the AI CRM. You will see more production LLM systems in a year here than most engineers see in five.
What you'll do
- Design and ship RAG and agent systems to production
- Build evaluation pipelines that make quality measurable
- Contribute to the internal vetting and delivery platforms
What you'll bring
- 3+ years software engineering, 1+ with LLM APIs in production
- Python + TypeScript fluency
- Pragmatism about what models can and cannot do
