Hiring & talent
How fast can we get engineers started?
Staff augmentation shortlists arrive in 48–72 hours; most engineers start within 3–10 days.
What is your vetting process?
AI-driven code assessment, structured communication screening and background verification — then a senior architect reviews every profile before it reaches you.
Commercials & pricing
Which engagement models do you offer?
C2C contracting, contract-to-hire, full-time hiring and fixed-cost projects. Models can be switched as your needs change.
How does pricing work?
Transparent monthly rates for staffing (by seniority and stack), fixed quotes for projects, and a package price for GCC enablement. No hidden margins. [PLACEHOLDER: link rate card when ready]
Delivery & process
How do you communicate during delivery?
Your rituals, your tools — standups, sprint reviews and reporting in your stack, with a named delivery manager accountable for every engagement.
Security & IP
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do — full IP assignment is standard in every contract, with NDAs signed before any engagement begins.
How do you handle data security?
NDAs, least-privilege access, client-controlled environments and device policies; SOC 2-aligned processes for GCC operations. [PLACEHOLDER: certifications]
GCC
What exactly is a GCC?
A Global Capability Centre is your own entity in India — your employees, your IP, your culture — with the setup and operations handled by an enablement partner until you are self-sufficient.
How long does a GCC take to set up?
With the Inventurs 90-day model: entity and compliance in weeks 1–4, first hires by week 8, an operating team by week 12. Timelines vary with entity type and hiring bar.
What size company does a GCC make sense for?
The sweet spot starts around 10–15 planned engineering hires. Below that, our dedicated offshore team model gives you the same benefits without entity overhead — and converts to a GCC later.
