Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React/Node)

You will work inside client pods building production systems for US and EU companies — real products, real users, modern stacks. Every engineer at Inventurs works AI-first: pair-programming tools, AI review and test generation are standard kit, and you will get better at them here than anywhere else in the city.
What the first quarter looks like
Two weeks of integration into a client pod, owning a feature by week three, and by month three you are the person the client asks for by name.
What you'll do
- Own features from spec to production in client pods
- Ship with AI-augmented workflows (code, tests, review)
- Participate in client rituals — standups, planning, demos
- Raise the bar in code reviews and design discussions
What you'll bring
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Deep React + Node/TypeScript experience
- Strong written and spoken English for client-facing work
- Comfort with ambiguity and direct client interaction
