The challenge

What we did
Entity incorporation, tax registrations and banking ran in parallel with office fit-out in Indore — weeks one to five. The compliance calendar was owned end-to-end by our enablement team with the client’s counsel reviewing, not drafting.
Hiring started before the entity existed: offers were extended through our EOR structure and novated to the new entity on incorporation, saving six weeks of sequential waiting.
